Up 151%. Under 5% TACoS.
Ocean Spray’s Amazon UK sales are now two and a half times last year’s, and ads still cost less than 5% of every pound sold.
Ocean Spray: How We Grew Amazon UK Sales by 151% While Keeping TACoS Under 5%
The Challenge
Ocean Spray already had a solid Amazon presence, but 2025 was a bumpy ride. Growth came in fits and starts, and the brand leaned harder and harder on ad spend during peak periods to keep numbers up. That’s a tough way to build a business. The goal was steadier, more sustainable momentum: stronger growth year on year and month on month, without letting TACoS creep up, and without missing demand across both the core range and the flavoured juices.
The Approach
Instead of spreading budget thin, we put spend where the growth was: the products and keywords with the most potential. Core SKUs and flavoured juices each got their own targeted campaigns, so neither had to compete for budget. On top of that, we regrouped products more strategically and reworked the copy, which made Ocean Spray easier to find and easier to buy from once shoppers landed on the listing.
The Impact
-
151%
sales growth year on year.
-
17.8%
sales growth month on month, March to April.
-
4.95%
TACoS, held under 5%.
The Outcome
Four months into 2026, Ocean Spray is selling two and a half times what it did in the same period last year, and the growth hasn’t run out of steam: sales climbed another 17.8% from March to April. The part we’re proudest of is how it got there. TACoS stayed under 5% the whole way, so this isn’t growth bought with ad spend. It comes from better visibility, sharper targeting and listings that convert, which is exactly the kind of momentum Ocean Spray didn’t have a year ago.
