The Challenge
Ordo wanted to supercharge online sales across multiple retailers but had never used Citrus or Criteo before. They brought us in to help them break into Ocado, Sainsbury’s, and Argos, and turn clicks into conversions.
The Approach
We launched campaigns across all their products—electric toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, and water flossers—and quickly spotted a winner: electric toothbrushes were the real MVP. So, we did what any smart marketer would do—we doubled down. Transparency was key. We worked closely with Ordo, flagging what worked, tweaking what didn’t, and making fast, data-driven decisions. As the year progressed, we kept refining and optimising to push ROI even higher.

The Outcome
We have sold 3.5k units through Citrus across these 3 retailers to date this year with the vast majority being the hero electric toothbrush products. Ordo continued to secure listings with more and more retailers throughout the last 12 months. We worked with the brand to set up Citrus & Criteo accounts and campaigns for retailers including Asda, Boots, Waitrose, Curry’s, Very and Morrisons throughout the year. This helped the brand get off to a flying start with online sales in these retailers.
