Five months, four new EU marketplaces, and a UK reset later, ManiLife’s Amazon revenue is up 112%, and the EU is finally pulling its weight.
ManiLife: How We Grew Amazon Revenue by 112% Across the UK and EU in 5 Months
The Challenge
ManiLife is a premium peanut butter brand with a strong supermarket presence across the UK and an established footprint on Amazon in the UK and EU. But growth had stalled, and the EU side of the business had been largely neglected, leaving real opportunity sitting untouched across four marketplaces. The brief was to build a strategy that could compete with the established market leaders in the UK, and to lay proper commercial foundations across the EU so that opportunity stopped going to waste.
The Approach
From January 2026 we went through the listings on every marketplace and rewrote the copy, putting most of the effort into properly localising the content for Germany, France, Italy and Spain rather than just translating it. In the UK we restructured the campaigns for efficiency and scale, and in the EU we built the advertising from the ground up. On top of that, we introduced a promotion strategy designed to steadily build Subscribe & Save, so the brand grows a base of loyal, recurring customers instead of relying on one-off orders.
The Impact
-
112%
Growth in sales revenue across the UK and EU in the first 5 months.
-
218%
More new to brand orders from ads in the UK in the first 5 months.
-
67%
Growth in UK market share in the first 5 months.
The Outcome
In the first five months, ManiLife grew sales revenue by 112% across the UK and EU, while ads brought in 218% more new to brand orders in the UK. UK market share rose 67% and Subscribe & Save subscriptions grew 81%, which means the growth is not just a spike but a customer base that keeps coming back. With the UK strategy sharper and the EU finally set up properly, ManiLife has a much stronger platform to keep scaling from.
